It's one thing to reach notes as high as him, but to then carry so much power, grit and emotion with it is just incomprehensible. You know its Chris Cornell the moment he starts belting it out

I was at Lolla 2014 in Buenos Aires. Soundgarden played on the 2d stage I guess. The first time I saw Chris. The first song was okay, but after warming up the real show started. Amazing, just awesome.

The whole concert is such a gem. It's that incredible tone and range that he developed in Soundgarden, but mixed with the personal, imaginative songwriting from Euphoria Morning. His vocal ability is flawless, and the intensity level is great. A real, real special performance for my money

I saw this show in Boston at a small Chapel on Harvard university‘a campus. Audience of 200 tops!!!!! Tickets to this were only sold to students, we bout 2!tickets outside for 29 bucks from a student selling them!!!! Seven rows back, small small crowd !!! It was the show of a lifetime. It was on my 30th birthday!!!!!September 13, 1999

Never saw Soundgarden live . I did get to see Chris on a solo tour in 2006 or 2007 . He played EVERYTHING in his catalog ....Soundgarden, Temple, Audioslave , solo work... it was amazing .

She along with her husband Alain Johannes, the man on the guitar, were an incredibly talented duo and had a band called Eleven that toured a lot with Soundgarden and Pearl Jam and along with Chris wrote the album Euphoria Mourning. They were also members of Queens of the Stone Age for a time. Natasha passed away in 2008 from lung cancer and Chris is buried near her at Hollywood Forever.

Alex, thank you to no end! This is my favorite song/version ever! I can never thank you enough! I’ve played this over 2000 times at my factory job. Great vocal performance. This was not a song i was very familiar with but it is exactly the way I will always remember him as a creative collective talent. Also I will note this is a not a song I knew well maybe a bit obscure, a B side that should be an A side ( lol ) probably his best song but these lyrics right here pen point his writing style in every way. Embracing the cold darkness, basking in the soothing light.

I saw this for the first time today. I played it 5 times and cried every time. He is seems uncaractilisity in a good place.. lost in the music and his voice and eyes are so full of raw emotion. When he grabs the mic stand and is beating it in rythm on the stage it was beautiful and heartbreaking.
