While I was doing my undergraduate degrees at the University I went to, I did the Matt Foley skit. I found a matching suit and bought it in extra large. To make me seem overweight (I was 6'3" tall and weighed 215 with 6% body fat as I was a walk on split end/H-Back for our football team) we duct taped pillows underneath the extra large shirt I wore under the suit. We even bought a break away coffee table. We memorized the skit "word for word" and performed it on a visit weekend for prospective students. There were about 5,000 potential students and their parents in the crowd (the university I went to had 51,000 undergraduate students and roughly 12,000 grad students when I was a student). I was nervous, but it brought down the house and got a standing ovation. Thanks for posting a video in memoriam of one of the most genius comedians of our generation, Jordan! I love your videos, and you remind me a lot of myself. Cheers mate, JTG

When I saw his beautiful childhood home, the first thing that popped into my mind was a fantasy of Chris and his own little family (had they existed), walking up that sidewalk to visit the folks. Perhaps that could have saved him - to fall in love and have children, to give him something to live for. His passing is a hard one to swallow, to this day - loved by so many, so full of brilliance and yet so careless with his gift as to let the dark side claim him - it chaps my hide! Why is it so many of the greats are so self-destructive - it's a mystery. I admit to tearing up over this vlog, but I'm glad I saw it - as always, great work. You got me good with this one.

Farley was a comedy legend. I went to a taping of the Bill Maher tv show POLITICALLY INCORRECT in L.A. on Aug. 29, 1997 and Chris was a panelist on the program. He was actually in rehab at the time, but they let him out for the day to tape the show. He was absolutely brilliant and the only celebrity to come out after and meet audience members.
