Pretty sure he could do 30 of everything once when he's fresh and prepared, but not so sure about all workouts sets continually without break like real competition. When training he has routine and sets that he builded up and go day by day, of course he could finished that but in competition when all come together he could struggle. Human will gassed out and being tired, that's just normal for everyone even elite athletes.

Brother it was the last exercise, As being an athlete+bodybuilder its very very to hard to do that, you'll feel extremely fatigued and exhausted because he lost all his energy while doing the other exercise, Most hard thing was the pistol squat, normal men shouldn't think of beginning from that squats after training myself for that exercise since 2 months hardily i am able to do 3-4 counts. It seems like its easy but it will stretch up you asshole😂😂, Bro it was super set of 5 exercise.

There are cuts in that video. There are cuts in almost all of his workout routines to be honest. You can't really know if he rested mid-exercise or not. And typically on the last takes of the exercise (where he does a few reps, lets go and starts talking about the next exercise) if he messes up the script and they need to re-shoot, that means he gets a rest on each take. He's definitely jacked and strong, but don't be too naive. I've not seen him do a full routine without any camera cuts and where he is in full size. have you?

Nick Notion Check his most recent video, hitting 10 muscle ups in a row, then 10 dips, then 10 pull ups and he was still able to talk a bit after. Most people wouldn’t complete it period or be bent over dying. Trust me it doesn’t seem like Chris has endurance but I can guarantee you he does. His videos aren’t his workout for the day it’s more like an add on for him

@YouIn21Years kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3LYlGCCiLhpn7M He starts bashing CrossFit, he even replies in a comment that he teached CrossFit for a long period of time but fails to understand what CrossFit in itself is. He "demo's" some kipping movements, from which one doesn't exist (kipping push up) and another demo was really poorly done(kipping pull up). I used quotation the word demo, because they were shitty demonstrations in itself and shouldn't be used as an example. who ever came up with this channel idea. thank you. I'm by no means a huge/muscle bound guy - nor do I aspire to be one, but I swear these videos always motivate me to push myself harder. Hell, even just by seeing the THUMBNAILS of these videos I'm like "oh shit I need to get to the gym today..." so THANK YOU for the inspiration. Always good to see valuable content on youtube which has now been saturated with substanceless pranks, self-important vloggers and "social experiments" . Cheers.

Bodyweight training is really all you need. Push ups, body weight squats, pull ups and planks can keep you in shape. For cardio, burpees and jumping jacks work well too. I was in the army for a while and when I got shipped overseas with no access to weight training equipment, calisthenics training was my go to training method. My life depended on my ability to maintain strength and stamina. My life still does actually. It's good to see strength wars mixing it up a bit.

Simon D. I agree with you. It's good to mix things up. But if you can't afford a gym membership, if you can't afford equipment, bodyweight training is a good option. It's better than getting out of shape. .
@merlinpartlow2587
@merlinpartlow2587 8 жыл бұрын
hoodout16 I never said you have to do one or the other. But it's a good option when you have no access to equipment. When I said it's all you need, I meant that it's basic, quick, simple and functional and that there is no excuse to miss a workout because of it. Calisthenics training is efficient. I wasn't able to get good at deadlifts without doing pull-ups, so weight training and body weight training pretty much have a lot of carry over. Trainaggressive.com is a good site with body weight training implemented into the routines. You should take a look at it. There's a KZbin site too.

Simon D. Yeah. That's what I meant. I mean I can't tell you how many hell holes I've been to and I didn't have gym equipment. So do some push-ups. Then pull ups. Oh you want some cardio? Do burpees. Do 100 burpees and tell me how you feel afterwards. If you go to prison, calisthenics training is the thing to do.

I'm calisthenics only and still think it was boring. It didn't have the Strength Wars vibe, but I don't think it was because it was only calisthenics. More the camera quality was low, no one was cheering, the music was different. And of course, it would look manlier if they used some dirty, metal environment as they usually do, but changing it from time to time might make it interesting, it will just be about getting used to it.

+ Chris Gatto Do not mistake fitness, muscle size or strength for fighting ability. Not sure if Chris does any fight training or not. But just because some one is strong does not mean they can fight at all. Bodybuilders are usually terrible fighters. Unless they train to fight and if they get serious they will back off their bodybuilding. By the way I know Chris is not a bodybuilder and he has functional muscle rather than for show.

I have to disagree. i felt this was quite a humble episode, refreshing even. Judging was consistent and the exercises were true calisthenics, form for paramount AND they included a strong lower body exercise, giving legitimacy to calisthenics as a sport. The "referee" character could have been a bit more lively sure, but otherwise, was really nice to see a well rounded, well judged calisthenics battle. Thanks a lot Strength Wars!

People who do pistol squats should know it's broke af it's too hard to do them i am a calesthenics performer myself and i do 10 pistol squats each. Good thing about these wars are we get to know that our fitness idols are as human as we are , on their channel they look like total savages who don't get tired.
