The German-American pianist and saxophonist Chris Hopkins, winner of many awards, is one of the busiest international artists ever, with over 5000 live concerts worldwide to date. For more than three decades, he has been showing how to live your dream, realizing it with success and bringing together and inspiring countless people and fans with his music. Since the 1990s, Chris Hopkins himself has often been the youngest member of the band on stage. Now he is delighted to present for the first time some of the most talented jazz musicians of a new generation, all between the ages of 23 and 33, the fantastic "Young Lions", Thimo Niesterok, Tijn Trommelen, Caris Hermes and Mathieu Clement. After the great success of "Vol.1", here is the first pre-release single "Bags' Groove" from his upcoming album "Chris Hopkins meets the Young Lions: Live! Vol. 2", coming in 2025. "Bag's Groove", focuses in particular on the virtuoso multi-instrumentalist Mathieu Clement on vibraphone.
