Can the berm heights be increased at a later date? You mentioned they are designed for a 1 in 10 year storm, if you decided to make it 1 in 30 say ?

Yes the berms can be and will need to be managed every 5 years or so we predict, this is due to the nature of the soft sand. We could raise the berms in theory but that might interfere with the plants that by this time will already be growing in them.
