Many are unaware that Chris Leong was also a Hap Kune Do kung fu system practitioner. So we get the best of the west and east from him. The patient's shoulder is clearly blue and black from the dislocation. He will be given traditional chinese medical plasters to help in the healing. He may even need surgery later on if his broken parts do not grow back. Very brave patient. 👍 I would have cried in pain like a girl if I were him.

He still had some range of motion issues and severe pain at the end. I wonder how much is from a frozen shoulder secondary to not moving for so long. Interesting case. Chris certainly seated the head in the proper place

Very painful procedure. When my daughter dislocated her shoulder she had to actually have surgery for it. This poor man was in alot of pain. Maybe he should have had surgery instead of chiropractor care. I don't know but it was really hard on him. I have used chiropractor care and it has worked for me but one chiropractor mangled me so much that I was bed ridden for a week afterwards the procedures he used was that hard on my body. They do have their place though and have been helpful to many.

I am born with full body lose joints. I share his pain. I do find some difference in his treatment according to my countless dislocation experience. I have not been treated by him. I must clarify I am not saying his way of treatment is wrong. My shoulder dislocations (both sides & worst joints that dislocated most often), treated should be warming up the area with some massage to clear some swell than forcing ball and socket Pop back into place and the pain and swell will subside quickly. Forcing back by bending elbow and push back inwards from elbow plus some sideway force. My other dislocations at elbow, ankle and upper legs treatment is also the same. Warm up the joint area by oil massage, reduce the swell, then setting back the bone position, continue massage to reduce swell. Most of my treatment is by bonesetter, once was done in hospital with "relaxants".
