Love frm SA Mr Lule thanks for being brave, Ugandans need lots of people like u, soon I will join you! I started the journey 6yrs ago with the same principles u articulate in ur segments and the rewards have been tremendous, thanks to Ibra too for the platform, we need to liberate many Ugandans.

What i have picked is that ones Mindset is very pivotal or salient that is one has to change his or her own manners in order to pinnacle or excel.

But Mr Chris Les be serious some family members are trustworthy and determined to run da business as usual coz how can you open up like 2 shop's and you run it alone?. No I totally disagree with you on dat.

Mr Ibra da second question is clear coz if you employee some one,it means you are a business man,den if you want to run your business alone ,it means your self employed so difinatily you can't start up a whole sale shop and work alone for the 999 days before employing some one.
@alexmasaba63804 жыл бұрын
Da first question he doged it coz da question was very clear that if someone wants to do business but dat person has no idea about it, what advice would you give to dat person?. I expected these answers first you need to do research on dat type of business you want to run, know how it gain's and how it loses, deal with people who are dealing in dat type of business, know da demand and supply and market research those where da answers for the first question anyway thanks.

At 13:50 that's the mistake i made at my car wash business when i was still in Uganda and left it in the hands of those three people. my girlfriend, my brother and a very arrogant and proud friend. I recruited them at the wrong time and the business only lasted 2 years and 5 months after going back to LA. Thank you for helping me identify that Chris. I wont repeat the same mistake.

U don't need to run faster as long as ur moving. Take a story from a tortoise and a frong they or even Chameleon they all move at different pase but finally all reach on the finish line so . Five Ma u can buy a Motorcycle n give it to someone everyday nga u expect something from him then the balance u can do Chips or even chapati business. Thanks
