I start them” and he refuses to take credit for the whole thing because he knows he doesn’t do it alone. it reminds me of how at the end of their concerts they have a credits reel thanking every single person with their name and role in the production, all the way down to the wristband technicians. I've never seen that at a concert before and I thought it was just really great how they recognize everyone involved

I used to sing the song "Yellow" to my baby boy in the hospital, I thought it was perfect. He was born early and would lift his tiny head up to try and look at me whenever I sang it............14 years later it is still one of his favorite songs! :-)

God a couple of months back I came up with an entire song in such a short amount of time, too. I woke up and "fished" at some chords. Soon enough, words were coming out of my mouth. The next day I solved the song's structure and chords and that was it. Chris is an inspiration to me. I'm not here to judge Howard or anyone else but I couldn't relate more to literally everything Chris says in this interview. The reason why songs are so fucking great, in my opinion, is that they stem from what Chris described as the "feeling"...and emotion, feeling, thought or general idea. Sometimes it takes a while for you to connect to and understand this feeling and sometimes it might happen in under 10, 20 minutes. I like that people with Howard's mentality exist and vocalize their thoughts in this manner for it makes people who think like me and Chris (I suppose) feel more challenged and thus in a position to reinforce their values.

I found Chris' explanation for why he never accompanied Gwyneth at award shows rather strange for a couple in showbiz, very surprising and explains why their marriage ended. There is NO excuse for not showing your partner public support, especially at such high profile events! She must have felt lonely and completely unsupported, to say the least. I hope that he makes room for supporting his next partner otherwise he might lose her too. Marriage is about mutual private and public support and unity support. After all they both knew each other's career requirements when they got together. Howard tried to help him learn from other celebs in similar positions but Chris doesn't seem to want to learn from his costly mistakes. I am a CP fan but Chris seems to be a bundle of confusion on a personal level sadly and he is so high profile. The other CP members are very happy to let him carry on while they live their lives quietly and privately. There's an example there for you Chris.

You have to be fit to play music, its not even about being sexy although thats a part of it. However playing instruments simply is fucking exhausting, moreso in a room full of people and smoke and lights. You start sweating after 10 minutes, even if you're just playing guitar, and i can't imagine an unfit person could do a whole one hour show. Even the musicians who are a little fatter usually have pretty big muscles.
