+Westernboy2008 LMAO. Whitey for a LONG time had the reputation of a "good" bad guy in that locals thought he would try and help little old ladies, help kids, etc., but when the truth came out, Whitey was simply a vile POS that killed MANY innocent ppl. And he remained unscathed for so many yrs because of the childhood relationship he had with that FBI agent, Connelly.

Whitey Bulger found it funny that the old chick he lived with in Santa Monica (where they were apprehended) feared him. Imagine being nearly 90 and beaten to death in a penitentiary. Whitey Bulger was a loser although one of his supposed maxims “trust only the Irish” makes my Irish heritage chuckle appreciatively. ☘️

+4 star hero That's considered "old school" or a "Townie" type Boston accent, which I also naturally adopted in neighboring Cambridge ("Pahhk the cahh neeuh Hahhvud"). But, with gentrification of much of Boston's neighborhoods nowadays, not nearly as many locals speak with the famous Boston accent, which I find sad, because I think it takes away the character(s) that has helped make Boston famous. Though if you go to places like South Boston (where Whitey Bulger is from), you can still easily find that authentic Boston accent.

I am shocked and disappointed that somebody didn't kill Whitey. How many of you people reading this would allow him to fuck up your life, or threaten you or your family, and just take it? I mean, a decent hunting rifle with a scope would have easily done the job from far enough away that not only would you have done the job, but I doubt his pals or law enforcement would have cared enough to make too much of an effort to find you.

I know a little bit about Whitey and his pals, in fact most likely some things you don't know, just like I'm sure you know a bunch of stuff I could never know, as I didn't live in Winter Hill. What's more to the point, however, is my original point. If JFK, Malcolm X, and MLK could get assassinated in my lifetime, there is no way Whitey couldn't by exactly the way I described.
