This has been a massive help. I'm starting my U10 coaching season in 2 months and there were some great suggestions within this that will assist with key concepts (I hope)

maybe the second or third time I've watched this, time on task and self discovery is so important in youth sports development. yes, we as coaches are there to guide and correct, but did Tony Hawk have a coach when he was 12 years old? Just really love this approach.

Great stuff! The genius moment is the Lava comment. Love that so much for young players especially when teaching motion basics.

I’m going to be coaching my first old middle schools team next season and I’m very confident in the basketball aspect of coaching but I’m a little worried about the parents truly respecting a mid 20 year old. Do you think I’m over blowing it or is it something that will have to come naturally? I love this channels content btw it’s really helping me

Communicate, be positive and enjoy your time! Judging from the videos you're watching you'll be fine! Parents want their kids to be treated well and have fun.
