When I was in Christ Embassy, there was a case where a leader got suspended for something bad. it was only discussed in details in leaders meeting. And the reason was not to cause distractions like gossip and also not to shame the brother. And I found it quite understandable... So I think it's not just his nephew, cases like this are usually kept within the church and leadership.. Not every one needs to know why as far as it has been publicly announced that he's under punishment is enough to serve as warning to others

Completely agree. The church is made up of many people with different levels of faith. Sometimes giving all the details will do more harm (to some people's faith who can't handle information with maturity) than good. Some people just want the extra details for gossip. Also, correcting the recent trend now that those in church leadership can live carelessly, bring shame to the name of Jesus and the church, and not be held accountable has to begin. Punishing him publicly can help encourage people who have lost their faith because of church leaders and doing so to his nephew makes it clear that no one is above the law. I hope he continues and other church leaders follow this example. Also hope he too will be willing to go under scrutiny if he ever derails - it's not a prayer but we're all human and infallible.

There no need for the church to make public the underlying cause of his suspension. Every institution have there practise, in this case, the church has taken the necessary steps and he’s undergoing disciplinary process. I believe that’s enough!

They don't have to say what he has done so as to protect his dignity and avoid gossip and that is a very Christian thing to do. They could also say to make an example of him. It involves simple rule changes: One, give a strike to anyone engaging in s*x or s*xual activity and define exactly what you mean by s*x. Two, restrict access to alcohol or give extra benefits or coins to those who are able to abstain from it. Three, deduct points or put fines in place for swearing and using dirty language. This would broaden the appeal of the show, add more interesting plot twists and make its gamification more robust. We have to do better. Godspeed.

I think it is high time we understand that we are not all worshipping the same God/god. Many are worshipping the god of AntiChrist. Well misconduct has to do with going against the rules of the church and the rules of the scripture , I guess he must have violated more than 70% of it . So if any one want to know the gross misconduct so that you don't fall in it , just go to the bible and begin to search for the do and don't in the bible .before you get to the end of the bible you would have been equipped not to make any mistake too . Going by your statement , while Jesus was alive in flesh their was never a time He condemned tithe or tithing . He only said they emphasised more on tithe than other matters which is not supposed to be . Jesus never said thou shalt not pay tithe .

@@elliottjohn8459 He never condemned tithing, burnt offerings, stoning of non virgins to death & other aspects of the law because while He was alive, the law was still in place. His death on the cross is what fulfilled the purpose of the Mosaic law & brought it to an end. His resurrection (after three days & nights) ushered in a new & better covenant of faith in God through Him. This is why tithing was never mentioned by the Apostles or the early church until it was reintroduced 500 yrs ago by criminals that have turned Christianity to a business endeavor. Pastor Chris & his Christ embassy will never teach you this truth for obvious reasons. The danger in putting yourself under the law is that you are cut off from Christ & fall away from God's grace bc you've denounced Christ (Gal 5:4-5). Those who rebuild the old system of the law are sinning (Gal 2:17-18). When you sin and don't have the coverage of His blood, it only means one thing- eternal damnation. So i ask you again: why is Pastor Chris exposing his congregation to such dangers via tithing? Could it be that all he cares about is money? What is the fate of the multitudes of souls he's (mis)leading?

There are many sick people in public hospitals, let him go there and heal them. Stop believing those choreographed miracles you see in churches. Christ was healing people on the streets, not in a particular location. Besides, miracles are not proof that he's of God because even sorcerers performed miracles in the scriptures.

The boy' may just be knowing or unknowing, exhibiting the true nature of the church characteristic, which were suppose to be kept in secrecy, and pastor Chris, doesn't like that, Imaging Pastor Chris, preaching that God, Collected first fruit offering from Abraham, which suppose to be his first son Isaac, therefore he is practising the same thing and collecting first fruit money offering, from his church members, but the truth is that God, never collected any first fruit offering from Abraham, the bible says that yes although, Abraham, may have wanted to offer his son to God, to prove his trust in God, but God, stopped him and ask him not to use his son Isaac for the scarifies, instead ask him to use the ram, beside the corner,, therefore he did not do it, now' let even assumed that Abraham offered his first son, Isaac' to God, then how does that relate to collecting money, for the first fruit offering? again knowing that a first fruit born child offering , can never be paid twice in a life time, b ecaust a first from any man, only come but once, and not a multiple times, so why did pastor chris made a first fruit' as a life time payment? and how come its was only Abraham that God, collected first fruit from from? if supposedly he ever collected it,? these are questions that needed some answers to,
