As a die hard Cleveland I am 100% behind him. Granted the weather has been shit as usual early in the season and attendance will be up as the season goes on but its been sad to see so many empty seats. I try to go to as many games as I can but being out of work its simply not an option for me at this time. Common Cleveland support your team!

People give Perez too much crap. I'm sick of it. He's a great closer. A couple weeks ago, someone saw me (I'm always wearing a Tribe hat, and usually wearing Tribe gear) and said "Hey, go Indians! Pestano should be their closer!" I said, "Heck yeah, go Tribe! I like Pestano, but I'm happy with Chris Perez!" He looked at me in disgusted shock and said, "You like CP?!" That was the end of that conversation. Perez is not wrong in what he has said. He's 100% correct.

I'm with Perez on supporting the team, but he left out that we were losing practically every game at home for the first 20 some games. I went to two of them at that time, and had enough. Especially after Manny Acta made the poor choice of putting Mitch Moreland on to face Adrian Beltre.....who hit a 3-run bomb to center.
