I had trouble getting to see these brushes in Fresco after I purchased them and followed all instructions - they just weren't showing up in the app. Until I pressed "make a copy" on the page that the pdf links took me to. That seemed to push CC to have them on my library page.

Can these brushes be installed into the free version of Fresco or are they just for Adobe Cloud subscribers?

I believe you need the premium version to be able to use the libraries but I’d have to double check. If you try and they don’t work for you I’m happy to refund the purchase.

Fresco is 9.99 per yer for premium, but you can use all the animation features in the free version.

Nope, Fresco changed to 9.99 per year a while back, I think a couple years ago. But for nearly everything it’s a free app. You are just limited to a few hundred brushes I think and less creative cloud storage space
