I am so grateful to my brother, David, who introduced me to Chris Rea's music in the late 70's. My brother passed away in 2018. I miss him so much, but having Chris Rea's music always eases the heartache.

I've been aware of Chris Rea's music since the mid eighties, but I never gave him any serious consideration, until this morning. I'll tell ya, I'm kicking myself for missing out on decades of his superb and sublime music. Must have listened to about 30 songs so far and every one is a sparkling diamond.

He is one of the world’s most under appreciated song writer, singer- love the gravel in his voice at times and wow can he wring a tune out of his many guitars. This is a fantastic tune and if you love this, get digging in his amazing back catalogue 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Chris is world class. One of the greatest singer/songwriters of all time. He has such a soothing voice. There is only him and Neil Young who have written songs, every one of which I like. Chris's "Winter Song" IMO opinion is one of the greatest songs of all time. Robin.
