I'm glad this was the first song of their you reacted to. The song is about Austin (the screamers) mom who died when he was a teenager, so it is very sad song. She had Marfan syndrome which Austin also has and can't be in the band anymore because of it.

i might be wrong but i think the bassist and backing vocals on this album was Jaxin Hall and on 'The Flood' the bassist and backing vocals was Shayley Bourget.
