The symbols that Starset makes for each of their songs is really unique, I'm not sure why they do it but they've only done it for their last two albums. The one for Something Wicked is literally the Starset logo upside down, which is fascinating. I'd love to hear you thoughts on that track too

Actually they've done it across most of their albums even as far back as Transmissions, in the non-music video songs you can see there's a "symbol" associated with each song. It was only until Divisions that they settled into this specific aesthetic for it, though.

Yup, it's definitely got a lot of Owl City vibes. I have actually discussed this in Starset reddit. Though it isn't a surprise since Dustin did list Owl City as one his electronic inspirations.

All of these symbols represent the songs they play on. For instance, Icarus's symbol is a burning object plummeting to earth and also looks like a wing at the same time. The breach is a symbol of the walls breaking like they did in the music video. Etc.

There's a little conspiracy in the Starset fan base that he was doing an ode to his fan base. However never confirmed. Maybe he will confirm one day lol
