I have been through my knife stages. From 50 bucks to now 1200 buck knives. The Chris Reeves Large Inkosi is now my favorite knife of all time. So much so that as of now it is hard to justify adding anything else to my collection.

I never thought I would spend this much on a knife but I'm glad I did and got to experience the craftsmanship that goes into a high end knife.

I have a brown micarta large Inkosi which is probably my most carried large folder. It would be my end of the world only one folder knife for sure. So strong, so capable, just awesome!

I have the exact same one, totally agree my one knife and have several hundred knives (which my wife hates). Cheers!

Love my Large Inkosi! Favorite knife of all time. I got a tanto version in magnacut. My next knife will be a Large Inkosi with a drop point blade. 🤙🏼

I want one. Expensive is very relative. My BIL has an $80,000 car that costs him $3,500/yr to keep on the road. Next to that, a $550 knife that is the ultimate in its world and will never cost another nickel is a cheap mid-life crisis obsession. See how easy it is to rationalize?

The first higher end folder I ever bought was a large Sebenza 25. Still have it and love it. I've been eyeing a large Inkosi online for the past week-- I think you just convinced me to pull the trigger. This knife addiction is expensive !!

Nice review! I just ordered this (left handed) direct from Chris reeve. Looking forward to getting it...even if it’s not for 6-12 months 😋

I love your reviews.. trust me try the Sebenza and you might change your mind. I personally love the fact you can crank down the pivot and the action will be “Sebenza Smooth”. It’s really real- “nothing is as smooth as a Sebenza” I love my large 21 Sebenza with silver lug from True North Knives... try a sebenza and I promise you will think twice! I’m watching this video because I’m wanting a large Inkosi, I owned a 25 and it wasn’t what I expected so I’m hoping the Inkosi is! I love your videos keep up the great work!

I'm an owner of some Hinderer knives and I know a CRK is in my future. I do find it funny when people refer to these as "Hard Use " knives and I'm positive they are but I bet they get next to zero hard use at over $ 400 bucks.

TZOID08 I won’t “hard use” mine at all

Bloody hell mate I just bought the lefty version of this thanks to you and Nick Shabazz. And yes I was at that breathtaking stepping off point of getting a holy trinity knife. Thanks!

I don’t look at other knives anymore. 3 CRKs now and counting. Inkosi is my favorite for sure. However there’s something about the Sebenza that I can’t shake which is why I have both

Really want a large inkosi beautiful knife. Yeah the big three isn't really three anymore, strider really needs to be taken off, they don't really produce that many knife anymore.

CRK has spoiled me to the point where I really don't want any other brand, I know there's so many new options out there and custom's with just as much precision but these knives just check all the boxes for me.

Great review! I’m looking to enter the high end knife world with one knife that’s overall perfect as can be and last me forever, and stay in check easily. I’m stuck between a large 21 and 31, and now the inkosi. Leaning more toward the insingo but drop point looks so good too 😭
@dmartinez19934 жыл бұрын
You pushed me over the edge lol, it’ll be my next knife. I recently went with the Socom Elite (manual version) as my duty knife, maybe this will be my grail knife for off duty that I won’t worry about using.

Always go to your old videos when I've narrowed down my next purchase to two. Large inkosi or umnumzon which did you like most?
@tomwebster67473 жыл бұрын
Have both. Keeping both. If I had to choose, I would say the Inkosi is slightly better overall.
@sigberetta722 жыл бұрын

Would you choose the large inkosi over the umnumzaan?
@Jasonfisherman81 Жыл бұрын
yessss definitely because the inkosi is smooth easier to open, I just bought another inkosi have 1 with insert and one plain both large...I would even get a sebenza over umnumzaan because so hard to open, this was my opinion goodluck.

Hey MC, where does Ernie Emerson fit into the trinity? Or does he at all? Thanks
@coblan864 жыл бұрын
Of Chris Reeve, Rick Hinderer and Mick Strider I would say that Ernie Emerson isnt quite in the same league. Emerson's are pretty okay knives.. I've heard a lot of people complain about the fit and finish on Emerson knives. For the price of one you would think that they would spend a little bit more attention to detail. The holy Trinity on the other hand, flawless works of art and function. I'm not a professional by any means so just take my opinion with a grain of salt. This is just my two cents lol
