​@@Tac-shiestythey haven't stopped a run since Phil Snow coached them. With that said....the 3-4 scheme doesn't work well and they don't have the personnel to effectively execute it. Everybody been coming down hard on Brian Burns but hes no longer a DE in 3-4. He's an OLB and because the MLBs suck, he has to drop back into coverage instead of just solely worrying about the QB like most edge rushers. I read last week Burns (despite his numbers and Panther fans) is the no1 defensive prospect for upcoming free agency. Guarantee you He ends up on another team running 4-3 and returns to the probowl.

These aren't growing pains for Bryce. Hes never gonna be what he was sold to be. Too small and doesn't have the legs nor arm talent to make up for it like Kyler Murray or a prime Russ Wilson. The OL isn't why he can't read a defense pre snap. The OL isn't why he doesn't climb the pocket. The OL isn't why he holds the ball too long lol. The WRs aren't why his arm strength dwindles over 10 air yards and accuracy goes out the window over 20 air yards. The OL and WRs get way too much heat for things he's just incapable of doing or was never actually good at even in college. The play calling is "bad" in certain situations like 3rd or 4th and short. But outside of that, the play calling is for his sake. The mediocre and basic WR routes are for his sake. He just can't keep up

The Panthers' play has gotten worse every year since Tepper took over. No wonder when you give away the best players and coaches. All the good players that led the team to success like Dj Moore, Christian McCaffrey, Robi Anderson, Tre Boston, Sam Darnold etc. are now missing. The team has so many changes in coaching staff and players how are they supposed to succeed? They have never heard of forming, storming, norming, performing. Unfortunately, the defense is completely overwhelmed against teams with a strong running game. They can't even stop an attacker with three defenders and lose yards unnecessarily. It's about every centimeter. Hope that next season the team will be strengthened with new players so that at least 50% of the games can be won.
