I dedicate this song to my country Zimbabwe 🇿🇼.Despite being in a corrupt and ruthless government, we held elections and people had hope to see change .The old,weary,young,vulnerable and poor came out in large numbers to vote out this dictatorship only to have the election stolen.Hope is crushed,future looks bleak as they prepare for more suffering.43 years,same oppression.But i believe God has not forgotten us as Zimbabweans, greater things are yet to come.If we won’t see them, maybe our grandchildren will.That’s my prayer

I first heard this song almost 20 years ago. I remember how much it impacted me. I like to be reminded of this anytime I move to a new place. Right now, it's a small village. And God is the God of this village as well. It gives me all the good shivers just thinking about it! God is good and I'm so happy He wanted us to be His lights in this world. I pray that all of us would be so close to God, that we would radiate His light and it would attract others, and we could joyfully share about Jesus! May this be a year when many draw closer to God, whether unto first knowledge, or unto salvation.

Spenser Gow I know the Islamists are slowly trying to make Christianity illegal in your country. In America it is the atheists and secularists who are trying to stop the open worship of Jesus , just know a time will come when Jesus will rule over all nations and there will be no more tears or pain or suffering.

God definitely exists and He loves you AQUINAS’S FIVE PROOFS FOR THE EXISTENCE OF GOD St. Mary's Press The Summa Theologica is a famous work written by Saint Thomas Aquinas between AD 1265 and 1274. It is divided into three main parts and covers all of the core theological teachings of Aquinas’s time. One of the questions the Summa Theologica is well known for addressing is the question of the existence of God. Aquinas responds to this question by offering the following five proofs: 1. The Argument from Motion: Our senses can perceive motion by seeing that things act on one another. Whatever moves is moved by something else. Consequently, there must be a First Mover that creates this chain reaction of motions. This is God. God sets all things in motion and gives them their potential. 2. The Argument from Efficient Cause: Because nothing can cause itself, everything must have a cause or something that creates an effect on another thing. Without a first cause, there would be no others. Therefore, the First Cause is God. 3. The Argument from Necessary Being: Because objects in the world come into existence and pass out of it, it is possible for those objects to exist or not exist at any particular time. However, nothing can come from nothing. This means something must exist at all times. This is God. 4. The Argument from Gradation: There are different degrees of goodness in different things. Following the “Great Chain of Being,” which states there is a gradual increase in complexity, created objects move from unformed inorganic matter to biologically complex organisms. Therefore, there must be a being of the highest form of good. This perfect being is God. 5. The Argument from Design: All things have an order or arrangement that leads them to a particular goal. Because the order of the universe cannot be the result of chance, design and purpose must be at work. This implies divine intelligence on the part of the designer. This is God. Ask God to help you. www.kinhle.com/Catechism_of_the_Catholic_Church__2ed_1997__by__United_States_Catholic_Conference.pdf

Nearly causes me to cry when I listen to it, god is with me no matter what dark power comes, I want to defy the evil, and no matter the pain I feel living on its own is proof that dark things fail. I feel and want to be a mark of defiance against the darkness the world has.

I had this classmate once--7 years back, I was 20, we were both studying for our GED, and we got to know each a bit. On the way over to his place, he plays this song. Knew the song, loved the song. So, I often think of him when it plays. But one thing God's been teaching me about recently is leadership, and how much in need our country is of good leaders who know how to really talk to and inspire The People, in all levels of government, mainly just at the city level. That, ultimately, starts at the family. That classmate? No father. He had been raped by a man, in fact. I've been abandoned by 2 fathers, the one who raised me, and the one who didn't. Single mothers, bless their giving hearts, have been glorified. And society, since the 90's, at least--both in practice, and pop culture--treat fathers like second-class parents. I guess what I'm trying to say is, Benjamin Franklin put it best, "All evil needs to succeed is for good men to do nothing." But men? Young and old, nobody's gonna come to fuckin' help us. We gotta step up, and do what we can to learn how to be better men. And everyone else? I don't ask for compassion; I grew up around deadbeat men my entire life, saw all the good and bad it did to the women I look up to. But if you see anything worth valuing in the men of your life, lift it up. If there be anything praise-worthy, pure, good, sensible, encouraging, lift it up. God keeps this life going, when most of us are ready to get the Hell off this planet. But God's like, "Yeah, no. I want every man humble enough to say he is unrighteous without My Son to have the opportunity to be saved, and live for My glory, which is always good. So, keep working towards that, My Son took care of the rest (meaning our salvation)." I just want to encourage you, and share this passage from my fellowship group from last Friday; James 5:13-18, "Is someone among you in trouble? He should pray. Is someone feeling good? He should sing songs of praise..." I'll let you read the other 5 verses. But that second sentence is how I got here.

Thank you for your testimony. However: God doesn't like your choice of language. Ephesians 4:29: "Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers."
@sarustuff12762 жыл бұрын
@@yeudler41 I appreciate the word of caution! Although, I don't appreciate how you presume to know God's heart so directly. Like, who speaks for God like that? However, I believe it was Paul who wrote we have individual convictions, that what's sin for me won't be for you--and vice-versa, and that's dependent on how and where we grow up. Cussing, depending on the heart, isn't inherently corrupt. It is certainly informal, but considering the context, that's fair. Like all language, though, it should be handled with care--which I did. Depending on the person, my brash language could be considered disarming, allowing a person to better connect with what I was saying. I was emotional, but I wasn't reckless. I hope that made sense to you.

Much like the behind the scenes of movies.. it helps for people to see the behind the scenes of a Christian.. showing that it's not always easy or always seasons of blessing.. there are times of doubt and times of frustration.. times of questioning.. like in Ecclesiastes.. there is a season for everything. It helps those who are struggling to know they don't struggle alone.. but being able to encourage one another despite that. It was while in a church and spending time with God in morning prayer and worship that I was shown that the church needed to be prepared to roll it's sleeves up and get ready to prepare for hard work.. it's one thing to pray for people to come and enter the building but without those willing to extend themselves and work with and alongside people it is honestly a waste of time...people will walk in and back out worse than before. God hates the laziness within his people. It really is a seeking of his heart and mind towards people and not just about comfortability.. he doesn't want to have just pew/seat fillers.. he sees those who are faithful to him.. but often overburdened and burnt out by those around them. Send revival but start with me Lord.. help me to seek your truth and not a religious heart or restraint for I know that is not gloryfing to you.. it doesn't honour you. Seek first the kingdom of God and all things shall be added into you is what the scriptures say.. God you know those who have been dilligent and faithful.. made mistakes along the way but have grown through those.. continue to annoying your people as you see fit and may they have new influence where it wasn't had before.. may people come to see of your goodness.. that we can never be Holy apart from you or the sacrifice Jesus made for us .. it is that and that alone that allows us to be able to even partake in relationship with you.. you have set certain people apart for your own glory.. you will strengthen them and give them new wisdoms and understanding for you are a generous God.. though I don't always understand everything and can get very frustrated at times I cannot say I believe in any other god over you. The same God who challenged me as a child .. I know at times I've been like Jonah and told you to fuck off and leave me alone.. let me enjoy my sin.. your word proves true that sin only is tantalising for so long and then becomes like a bitterness.. I've told many other people to fuck off too God.. you know this true.. I have not hidden it from you or your sight for you have called me to be honest in my ways before you. Prepared to give an honest account for the things I've been involved in within the past.. I won't hide those things from you.. for you have seen them anyway.. so why would I pretend it's not true.. besides as you know I'm really not good at pretending or hiding my feelings especially when upset or angered. I don't cry very often anymore but when I do it's real. You know how much I've tried and I mean really really tried to be within a church.. but everytime I do I am discouraged rather than encouraged yet it doesn't mean I want to go and start drinking or being sexual or returning to old behaviours. I am honestly grateful though that many have heard your truth and have been addressing the very real issues between biblical truth and worldy issues as well as those issues which begin to enter the believers because how can anyone be a part of society and not be affected to some degree.. but there are many positive attitudes I have seen with a willingness to address without religious judgements.. and it is my hearts desire to see those who have been hurt by religious attitudes to have a chance to properly heal from that and hopefully have faith restored but either way an honest healing take place. It's not a good sign when the churches of today can't speak with compassion and understanding while still showing a biblical reasoning of why they themselves choose not to participate in certain things.. yet still have a heart for those who do. It's not always easy getting that balance. So this is my prayer for those who are willing to do these things.. that your hand will be upon them.. your renewal of wisdom and understanding and a passionate heart would be given.. deeper understanding of the root causes and humanity impacts because us humans can be complex at times. Yet if you are our creator you understand us on the deepest of levels.. that you would continue to lift the shame off those who are seeking after you.. I ask these things in and through the precious name of Jesus as the scriptures say we can.

It only means that our God is alive and He is moving in your life. Maybe you are just not seeing it clearly due to what you believe in.

I’m from America and my heart is broken for Israel. For all the innocent people who are hurting, scared or displaced. God I pray for a peace, I pray for peace, for love, and a hedge of protection and for them to know that people do care about them, and our praying for them all over the world! LORD we know you are coming the word says you will gather them one by one!!! Greater things are yet to come and still to be done in this city. My heart breaks to see , but I know it will lead to the greatest revival, we wait for you Jesus!!!!! Thank you in Jesus amen!!!! ❤️
