glad you're enjoying the videos! I actually don't use Dioxus for my own business so this video is me keeping up with the state of Rust UI (as I do with a bunch of other frameworks) and sharing that process.

it's insane to me how quickly the rust/wasm ecosystem has grown. especially in the last year or so where i feel it's really gone to a new level. seemed like yew was the only thing for a while and then randomly at some point these modern rust frameworks started to come out. that are legitimate alternatives to next.js and such.

dx check does linting not type checking. It will check your application for any violations of the rules of hooks. I can see how the name could be a bit misleading
