Make no mistake, I love all super heroes, The Flash is my number one favorite(followed by The Hulk and Spider Man). But as we all know child brains work a little differently, so up until I had seen power rangers I never saw super heroes that looked like me. Seeing the black ranger costume, my favorite color, being worn by a black man was something special to me in my childhood.
