I'm not too sure. Honestly, I'd say that the length cuts aren't different among the different sizes. Probably whatever you normally get, that would be your best bet.

Honestly, by itself, you'd still need to layer up. I don't think it would keep you warm in 40-50-degree weather with just a t-shirt worn under it.
