How Bad is Tua Tagovailoa Actually?

As a non delusional dolphins fan my perspective on Tua is like this. Out of that draft he's not proven himself to be on the same level as Burrow, Hurts, and Herbert, we'll have to see with Jordan Love who could also be better. He's never going to be a top elite guy that can carry a team and materialize plays out of thin air, atleast i don't expect him to be. He does a few things at a high level and Mike Mcdaniel knows how to use him. He is a system quarterback in the same way as Purdy, but just like Purdy i think there are mutiple teams that could utilize him at a high level, not just Miami. He'll never win an mvp, he'll probably only lead the league in passing yards once, half his seasons he'll be injured, and yet i still see him as better than half of the starting quarterbacks in the nfl. Madden has him somewhere around the 6th to 10th best quarterback in the league. I would say he sits comfortably a bit below 10 but not too far. I don't think he'll ever really be top 10 but i don't think he'll ever be in the bottom half either. It's ridiculous to act like he isn't a good startung quarterback, but I'm not going to be out here acting like he is elite. He does his job, he needs to work on turnovers, but he does his job and we are measurably worse without him. Not to mention he seems like a good guy which is certainly not a given in the nfl. I respect your opinion if you think he's bad, i just don't agree.
