God I love running hills, you get cardio, power, endurance. Just add some weighted sleds and you even get strength. It's an all-around workout.

Dude exact thought I was having. Here is also what I was thinking. Why are monkeys stronger and faster than us yes most of em are smaller than us? Well including myself we don't spend all the time using our muscles with little rest resulting in no muscle gain. If we did this every other day and on our "rest days" went to climb trees or run for fun like animals do humans would be waaaaaay stronger than we can imagine. Now I don't mean hulk strength but I do feel if we worked hard and did what I suggested, we would be able to run at around ostrich speed. Lift up parts of cars without adrenaline and do much more. I hope to beat Usain bolts record. I really wish this was my coach. Those kids are blessed.

My team had it harder than this, our school is on top of an ave and the incline is so fucking annoying we had to sprint up and down and in between roads we would have todo fireman carries, broad jumps, etc and the worst part about it is that this was all right before practice on the field so it would be like 2hrs working out and then an extra hr and a half on the field. Shit was so fucking painful I threw up twice the same day and thought of my coaches as idiots because they barely gave us any water and even drilled are asses after practice because we were all dead but supposedly told we were “slacking” but I already knew they were just trying to break us in order to make us stronger mentally

If you puke it doesn't mean you trained on a new level...it just means you have a bad eating schedule and/or eating habits. Eat good and in advance depending on the food type, that's all there is to it - puking doesn't mean you worked harder, never ever.

Finally. Nothing better than sprinting hills. It will kick your ass but there is nothing better to get you in shape. The only draw back. You will have hunger like never before. You will eat enough for 5 people and still be hungry. That's why if you are a young athlete and you are watching your diet and calories andf all that nonsense then you ain't doing it right. Hmmmm. Ice cream and greasy hamburgers.
