Umm yes you do if you’re the grandparent. Ain’t no way any grandparent giving a baby to a friend. If she wanted Marsh to have the baby, she would’ve stayed at HER OWN house planned to turn herself in and gave Marsh power of attorney while she do her time. But she didn’t do that. She racked up all those warrants, didn’t take care of them, then when she wasn’t getting picked up got cocky and just was sloppy. She didn’t put anything in place so the responsible party is the next of kin which would be the grandparents that’s there. If the bounty hunter would’ve called social services, the social worker would not have let the child leave until a blood relative took accountability for the child or the child would go to foster care until someone claims the child. So since the irresponsible person didn’t put HER wishes into place HER wishes don’t matter, only the LAW. So it would had to be the grandfather. He loves with the child.
