@@ChrisFrezza very little sauce on the Dave’s single for me too and no labeling the Star was the pineapple frosty 😂 and it was pricey…there was signage in the drive up window but I got no stickers labeling on bags etc 🤷🏼‍♂️

Good evening my friends. Great review as always. Hope you had a good weekend. We had a great one. My oldest, daughter, came home for the weekend with her new Finace. That was nice to spend a little bit of time with them. They live in Minneapolis and are getting married in Feb. Cannot believe how fast time goes. Crazy. I think the best thing about this meal is the Frosty. Seems like the only thing that is new. I heard the same thing about the sandwich. That it really does not taste any different then their OG burgers. They should add more sauce to that to make it different. Oh well. Did the Frosty taste a bit like a Pineapple Whip? That would be really good. I still remember when Taco Bell did a Pineapple Whip Freeze and that was soo good. I was hoping that this would taste a bit like that. The fries seem like OG fries as well. Oh well, I would be a bit disappointed too. Didn't your wife just have surgery a few months ago? Seems like she was just out a few months ago with surgery. Is everything ok? Was this planned? Heya there! Sounds like you had a wonderful weekend then with your daughter and her new fiancé. You are absolutely correct - the Frosty was the best thing about the meal. Very much enjoyed the pineapple in there. I don't know if it compares to the Taco Bell version as this one has more ice cream taste to it, than a slushy type taste. It's still very good. Yea, my wife had to have surgery on both feet to fix her bunions. First one was 8 months ago - made a full recovery, and now they did the second one. She is doing very good and should be walking again in 6 weeks. Hope you have a fantastic week! God bless!

Good review as always, I had the Krabby patty meal last week from the Wendy's that gave me a baconator with NO bacon earlier in the year. My go-to location which was real close, closed for good. Anyways, they got my order right this time but I had a Dave's double impersonating a Krabby patty it was good because it was a burger but that sauce needs work it was flat no flavor like you said, the fries were ok and yes cold and soggy, I'm more of a BK fry guy that being said the pineapple frosty was the star it was delicious out of the whole meal. Shaq's Big Chicken opens supposedly tomorrow but I'll likely try it next week as grand openings are insane lol! Just hope they last longer then Guy Fieri's Chicken Guy lasted at that location which has a Chick-fil-A and a Lee's Famous Chicken already in the area along with as well a Hangry Joe's Hot Chicken & Wings place. I personally like the sauce I think it’s unique and different. It’s always cool to have something that’s novelty and different that captures peoples attention every now and then the Frosty is great as well too. I love it. I wish they made it permanent, but the mint one the peppermint one will be coming out I think for Christmas so they will probably discontinue this one before that which the mint one is one of my favorites too.

From everything I’ve been seeing about this, the *ONLY* reason why it would be worth getting this collab meal is if you got the special box the meal is supposed to come in to collect it, but it seems like that isn’t even a guarantee. Just gets slapped in a typical ordinary Wendy’s bag. Also, for a drink I wish they did a “Dr. Kelp / Diet Dr. Kelp” or the “Kelp Shake” seems like this whole thing doesn’t have any heart or effort put into it.

You make a valid point! A unique packaging and a special drink would definitely add more excitement to the collab meal. It’s disappointing when there’s a lack of creativity in these partnerships.

@@ChrisFrezza - the thing is, there is an actual box the meal is supposed to come in. The only way I can explain it is, it resembles a Happy Meal box. I’ve seen it online. It should be a guarantee the meal comes with that special box. But again, it seems Wendy’s is being lazy and just sending them out in their own bags.

I've not heard good things about this from people. The new Wednesday whopper at Burger King has much better promotional material for the Addams family than this. This was kind of a letdown. All it is some added sauce on the burger. Everybody says that they should've done more with this! Unfortunately, this was such a letdown. 😔
