Stoked to say this is my first drum video of 2013! I've always been a fan of OneRepublic & when I heard their new single I knew it'd be a great choice for my drum videos. It's a fairly empty song in the "percussion department" which is okay, but I thought it'd be awesome to add acoustic drums on the majority of the song. It gives it a much more live feel & I just enjoyed vibe-ing out to the song while playing! You can call it a drum cover, drum remix or whatever you want! I filmed this song/video in ONE take & all of it is improvised! PLEASE SHARE THE VIDEO & SUBSCRIBE! Thanks.

what makes this a favorite of mine is the body language, your passion for the song and the instrument is evident, the way you lose yourself speaks to me as fellow musician, though some might complain it was too simple or whatever, I have to say I got chills watching
