I was absolutely looking forward to hearing Nyma's perspective on this issue and glad to have it collated here. The school failed woefully in this scenario and like Nyma said, the 10yo girl is a victim irrespective of what the video shows. Parenting! It's the hardest thing in the world...my children are independent adults with great careers and earnings, yet I haven't exhaled as I daily fearfully pray. May this be well resolved
@allshadesfemale98192 жыл бұрын
Here’s my problem with the analysis….yes the girl is a victim as she clearing is facing greater demons at home…but how about the boys..come on , they are also victims…how do we know the boys weren’t lured into it…both gender should be held accountable and rehabilitated….is it only the girl you all saw in the video…na wa oh…boys can also be traumatized

The family needs more support than those nasty words . Life is not a choice! If it were to be all would have chosen a good one 👍 My people, let's stop damaging a wounded soul! Nyma is on fire. She continues to focus on the matter. Here is a traumatised girl and everybody is focusing on how experienced she is instead of finding out how to help her out of this trauma. Again nobody is focusing on the boys who if left without any intervention or therapy, will be rapists, wife beaters, molesters and God knows what. The final point is that it seems to be so easy and without consequence that horrible things are posted and shared amongst people on the Internet and WhatsApp .. What sort of a Nation allows it's citizens and children to be so unprotected. The Government should legislate against such matters. It starts by celebrities and big people calling each other names on social media and there's no consequence. You guys should start looking into the legislation of social media and what people can and cannot post. There are so many posts that are criminal in nature that is being freely circulated without consequence. We cannot continue to look at things just as Nigerians. We need to cast our eyes wider to see how other nations are dealing with this. Over here, there are school curriculums on Internet safety. We have gotten away with not using our brains for so long but the consequence is now here for all of us.

Please Ma.. we should not totally blame the school.. there kids that are too difficult to manage.. you can imagine the gal's act at that age... @sidicniy8742 жыл бұрын
If the school cannot manage the students, why take them outside the country? Supposing all these children were kidnapped in the middle of the night, does that means the school would not know anything until the next morning? because there is no monitoring of the young children.

Exactly...This is simply an issue of bad parenting. Her social media handle which is 3 years old is called: Bhadgurl4k! And it is full of erotic content. So this girl is not naïve. I believe the school did what was necessary to rectify the situation after their investigations.

Everyone keep making reference to the parents. Yes I agree they have a great part to play in training their kids but this kids are humans too with the ability to take decisions in the absence of their parents whether good or bad. We can only do our part and pray that these kids allow themselves to exhibit good traits only. There are children who from poor background, separated homes and lack of care but won’t have themselves engage in such. Do you think the girl in question doesn’t know what she did is wrong. These kids know and that’s why they will never do such openly. We all have a role to play; the parents, the teachers and the children themselves.
