I do not think it is the fact that you speak Viet the way you do so much as the fact that you understand Viet so well.. Thai is a tonal language also and there are about 30 words that mean the same thing which my wife gleefully cycles through just so I am confused... lol. Quán này thuộc loại trốn kĩ mà 2 chú tây vẫn tìm ra, hay thật! Hai chú Tây thử tìm quán bánh ướt do bà già người Bắc bán vào buổi sáng trong ngã tư hẻm sau nhà thờ Vườn Xoài đường Lê Văn Sỹ. Bà chỉ bán tầm 7h30 đến 9h là người ta ăn hết. Ăn với mắm cay là quên lối về.

Hi Chris, I really enjoy your video. Your Vietnamese is perfect, I just wanna add something that we don't use "lòng đào" for fried eggs, we use "ốp la", "lòng đào" is used for boiled eggs. I hope this helps.

What a hearty big breakfast/brunch! I was surprised to see so many people there! Just the day prior, it was empty like nothing was there! You'd never believe there would be a business there! I guess the family was returning from four months in America, California? The ENTIRE FAMILY. They just opened today! Busy, busy, busy! And good looking Max was there accompanying you! He's a quiet one. The silent strong type. I'm trying to think back and I this maybe the first video I've seen with rice in a dish. I don't recall seeing much rice in any of your meals. A lot of noodles and bread and some patty like rice, but not grain like rice. A lot of eggs. Egg prices have gone way up in the US as have meat prices. Including chicken. Bread too. They are blaming Avian Flu for the egg prices going up. I can't recall why meat prices. Probably PETA. It was methane gas for cows. It was Covid and close working conditions in meat processing plants for employees. Enjoy all the meat there because it's hard to find here, controversial and expensive.

Tất cả thành phố lớn ở Vietnam đều có những vùng ven có thể sản xuất được nông sản, từ đó vận chuyển vào thành thị khoảng 30 hoặc 50km. Nông dân thu hoạch lúc giữa khuya vận chuyển vào chợ đầu mối trung tâm đô thị khoảng 2-3 am, nông sản đến các chợ bán lẽ khoảng 5-6 am, tầm 7-8 am là người dân có đồ ăn sáng rồi, mỗi ngày đi chợ mua thực phẩm khoảng 9 am, đến 11 am là có thực phẩm cho buổi trưa. Hàng ngày nó cứ diễn ra như vậy nên thực phẩm Vietnam rất tươi và rẻ
