I heard of one crazy bite in carolla one year in january I think, one of the biggest blitzes of my time, I wasnt there but saw pics and it was adult bass and it was insane, 20-45lb fish all over the beach for miles. this kinda thing here, juvenille baitfish and young bass isnt all too uncommon in the northeast, down in DE, MD and VA tho they miss out on this stuff. ya'll got the cobia and the reds tho and when the bunker come to shore probably has some equally epic moments

Sea Money I am recently retired and am looking to Jersey serf and Jetty fish and am wondering what rod and reel combination are you using. I have a 10 ft Airwave heavy rod with an Shimano 8000 OC baitrunner reel never used and I think that just might be fine for some applications but I would love to know what rod and reel combo you are using. Would that be a one or two piece rod?

If you want a good pair of pliers you should get a pair of " Klein Needle nose pliers " I been using mine for about 15 years now no problems. They will get a little rusty but still work well Just use a little WD40 every once and awhile and there like new again.
