If I had to take a guess when other O365 users will get it, it will be in November. Microsoft Ignite conference is that month. That's just a guess, but they like to announce new stuff coming out at that conference.

Chris, thanks for this video. At minute 14:00 in explaining the multiple fill, does it know to put the data in the correct QTR column or is it just filling four columns of data and you have to make sure your column headings match exactly to the same order of the data column headings?

Hi Chris! Love the video, if I have the data on a different tab within the spreadsheet - how does this change the formula? Suppose in the first column, we have the employee ID, and then in columns to the right, we have Phone, Dept, Salary, Age, etc... In the past, we can use vlookup to lookup the other columns. We could use the MATCH function in place of the col index number to match the column specified by the lookup request. My question is how does XLOOKUP do that? In other words, how can we change the lookup column to reflect the column for which we want the information? Thank you!
