Thank you! I use 15-17 pound fluorocarbon. I feel like I get more bites with that over braid.

Yes, I never use leader. To save fluorocarbon I put a good amount braid backing on the spool first then I tie on my fluoro. Enough to make a full cast plus some. The more you do it the better you get at judging how much to put on. Hope that helps!

She was a toad for sure! FWC does a tagging program for research on bass movement and how much they gain size through a certain period. They incentivize calling in the tag by give a $100 (gift card) reward.
