Another wonderful birthday card. I have that Memory Box die so now I know it's a perfect fit for Mr. Octopus. My oldest loves octopi. Unbeknownst to me, I gave her the same card two years in a row (before I retired, I only made holiday cards). it was a fun card...an octopus juggling cakes, drinks, horns, all sorts of party things. I only discovered it as she as a fabric room divider that she likes to display her favorite things on and there they were! I can't believe we've only one day left! I guess we'll be on to bigger and better things.

Ahhh, now the porthole and number dies from yesterday make sense. But I'm happy they didn't send them together with the octopus, because what you created on these two days was infinitely more creative! The water and octopus look fantastic. The entire card is wonderful! 🩷

Oh what fun! Just an idea to toss out there as I was watching another card maker the other day using a similar aperture dye wherein the interior was also split up into 3 or 4 parts. In her case, she really wanted to emphasis that aperture dye, so she used a different embossing folder and/or stencil with each part. That was more of a geometric design, but it looked lovely when done! I do remember her going on about it as a "masculine" design as it wasn't floral.

Hello Christine, when I saw your Octopus I thought, I'll send you the link of that enormous octopus that I saw on the internet today. But you had already seen it yourself! A question, do you believe this is real? So big! And also that white? It really stands out on the bottom of the sea, doesn't it? Since AI I don't know anymore! Last week I saw on KZbin at AGT an elderly couple change into a huge lion and wolf! And really, I hadn't had a drop of alcohol!
