GOT7 was trained as a performance team which is why they have complex choreography and do flips and spins and bboy moves and so on. GOT7 as you saw in their other videos are very goofy, the 7 of them are truly best friends, they have a habit of saying " or nothing 7 or never if it's not 7 it's not GOT7 and so on and because of that whenever they're together they're a crazy mess, their company also doesn't try to control their image like a lot of other companies do even their own bc kpop idols are "supposed to be perfect sweet ideal idols" and never show any bad sides meanwhile GOT7 talk about the time Mark threw his laptop at Bambam and yell yas bitch on live stream and I'm rambling anyway they also all partake in making their own music, writing the lyrics composing producing ect. and also have imput on the mv's and such, one even told the story of one by one how they all met and became a group ugh they're just really something special I hope you took the time to read this, I know it's long but I wanted you to have a solid idea of the kind of people and group they are anyway thank you for reacting to them! Base from what I know, their main dancers (i think it's Yugyeom and/or Jinyoung but i think it's also a mix of the other members' ideas) usually make the choreo and maybe with the help of some dance teachers in their company. As you can see, their choreo shows how excellent their teamwork is and thats what this song is all about. They got each other's back even in the midst of their insecurities :)
