Thank you. Practice Practice practice, I have made a couple hundred knives, they still aren’t quite where I want them to be, but will get there with time. The wood on that one is an Australian Brown Mallee burl

@@DownunderFarmandForge Thanks, Should I get a wet stone to keep it sharp?? I don't like any of the other knife sharpens that are out there.

@@kidkv I use either a dry stone or a diamond stone for major sharpens, Steel or strop in between. Do not leave it soak in water, even stabilized timber will swell if you do that and never ever near a dishwasher. The blade on that one is stainless steel so safe there, just be no long term exposure of the handle to water.
