"Christ is Our Cornerstone" is an 1837 translation by John Chandler of 'Angularis fundamentum', a 7th century Latin hymn.
The tune is, 'Harewood', composed in 1839 by Samuel Sebastian Wesley.
It is performed here by Wells Cathedral Choir.

Blessed, this ancient hymn was one of my sch anthems 1968, the words & meaning are as relevant today as it was back then 55yrs ago. What a treasure of God's unfailing promises!
