I think the 3rd round is pretty useless. They select everyone from 1st and 2nd round for Bangalore campuses. My interview and test both were very good but still didn’t get it

They send you to other campuses inorder to fill the empty seats and for this they choose those students whose interviews weren't upto mark. But don't worry there isn't much difference between the Bangalore and other campuses since the faculty is transferred from one campus to another time to time.
