Wow, nice video. I love 💕 it Ntisimé is the fruit market and one of the markets at Hanukope. The market is named ntisimé because at the beginning of its existence in the 60s only orange was selling there. Ntisimé means orange market in mina (or in ewe) the most spoken native language in Togo from the north to the south. Nti = orange Asime = market

There are two types of kanklo in Togo: Regular kanklo is made with flour and banana or plantain. Then you have kanklo made from yuca root called agbeli kanklo, but people just call it kanklo as well and don't always specify because that one is often more white ish compared to the rich dark brown kanklo made with banana. 🙂
