I just found your channel and I'm so happy!!! I'm 52yrs old and over the years I've really let myself go, being a wife, Mom & Mamaw life is exhausting. I've decided it's time for myself once again. Since August I've lost over 50lbs and started more facial & hair care. I've also started wearing makeup again and I'm having so many issues getting it to look right. I used to wear makeup everyday but the past 25yrs not so much. So, I need all the help I can get.

@gaillochbaum72 firstly you go, girl . My story is very similar to yours, but I took ill, so that's what motivated me to jump into makeup. I wasted so much money on makeup that might be fantastic on someone in their 20's or 30's but not on my mature skin ( I don't have botox , fillers , or surgical guidance . Not that I wouldn't, I just don't have the coin for that ) So, finding products that work best with our wrinkles n crinkles and then learning the techniques to apply can be daunting . I watched and still do watch so many youtube makeup and skincare tutorials and product reviews , I think I have an obsession for learning as much as I can. All is good as long as you are having fun along the way . If you would like any recommendations or tips, I will be happy to help if I can .

Great! I am now floored because I've been noticing that my skin has changed! I used to be oily/combo. Now, at almost 70, I'm dry - omg - dry, esp around my eyes and nose. Never reached for "dry skin" products. I do now!! 😂 I use a slightly thicker oil for moisturizing, and I've noticed a definite difference. But I want to try the primer for dry skin. Congratulations on your new branding, and you're right. Beauty comes from within!❤
