Chris can you help me out on my typhoon h480 ? Does the camera have to be connected to the drone in order to do any binding whatsoever ? Or can the camera be off and still bind the controller to the drone ? The camera is off of the drone right now and all I get is a red light on the rear. And the drone will not bind whatsoever. The message says connect to receiver. Once again is it mandatory The camera be on in order for any binding process to complete ? Thanks. Keith

The firmware version V57.00. Is no longer there. Theres a version V60 and V05. Which is it now?

Matrice 300 RTK UAV Offline Firmware Update(Support RC PLUS) v60.01.00.03 is what you want if you want your M300 to work with the RC Plus controller. This is the firmware for the drone

Chris can you please help me out with a question on my typhoon h480.? I have it apart now but I'm putting it back together. Due to my recent crash 3 weeks ago. I wanted to bind the controller to the typhoon h. All I'm getting is a red light in the back of the drone. My controller keeps saying connect to receiver. I have followed all of your steps on binding it just won't happen. I do not have my GPS plugged in. Will this affect binding or not allow it to bind unless it is plugged in ? Thanks. Keith Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or I don't have something plugged in.

Hi Keith! My current knowledge of the Typhoon is low, as I haven't touched them in a while. I don't believe having the GPS unplugged will be an issue at all, and you can still bind without that. If they won't bind there might be a further issue as a result of the crash

It is okay no worries. Do you know if you still have the latches that go inside the arm of the typhoon 480 ? I would like to purchase two of those if they are not too expensive. It's just the metal latch that goes inside the arm. I would look on your website but my eyesight is getting way too bad. Just let me know if you have two of those available. make sure your DJI assistant 2 is on the most recent version, try redownloading it if you have an older version
