God hear my cries! Jesus hear my prayers. I’m struggling with my faith. I knew when I found Jesus my life wouldn’t be easy because I would have to give up on my sinful life style and follow him. I’m a single mother struggling to make ends meet. Since covid I have been struggling to get back on my feet. I lost my job for declining the vaccine. I declined due to my pre existing health conditions, lupus and heart disease so now I’m having a hard time providing for my children. Both of my sons are special needs. Im overwhelmed I started homeschooling them due to bullying. I’m waitressing and I’m happy to be back working but I’m not making nearly enough to get by. I have nowhere to turn no family nor friends. No hope. I have been put down and mocked, over my situation, by other christians. I’ve been blocked just for asking for prayers. I’m so ashamed and so embarrassed so please be kind. Every month I’m faced with homelessness with my children I’m barely making it. But I still keep faith. Praise Jesus. Please hear my prayers. I have faith God will continue to provide.

ChildofGod, if we can't reach out to our brothers and sisters in Christ, we are lost. I don't know how I would have survived these last years without my prayer group and Bible study. They have prayed with me and for me. Encouraged me when I was at my lowest. I believe God put me in their lives and I thank God for them everyday. You need to find a good church that preaches the Bible first. And they may be able to help you. Second find a good small group, prayer group. When we are with Christ, we are never alone. Praying for you, and will put you and your family on our prayer list. God bless you!

We all know though that if they were student teachers from say, Aligarh U or Naropa U, then they wouldn't be saying those teachers are "unsafe." They wouldn't. We typically think of biblical marriage as a covenant between a man and a woman however different interpretations of biblical teachings on marriage exist, and there is not a single, universally accepted definition of "biblical marriage”. What would your definition be?

You obviously haven't read the entire O.T. Just because mankind had more than one wife/concubine doesn't mean that God approved/ordained it. In fact, the Israelites wandered in the desert for 40 years, were made slaves, etc. because of their sins. Entire cities were destroyed because of sin. Biblical marriage is between one man and one woman as defined in Genesis. But we know that Adam and Eve sinned and therein is why mankind has sinned since. Thankfully, Jesus paid the price for our sins, but that doesn't give us the right to keep sinning.
