ik this comment is 5 years old so you definitely don't care, but Jake said that him, Jinxx and CC had something going where they jammed and wrote a some songs, those songs are pretty much the STWOF songs, and they got CC in the band because they loved him and they told about how good at drumming he was. I don't think CC ever mentioned auditioning for A7x. By the way, this all comes from their patreon content
