@@TRAVELwithCHLIRBY when you bought your mini Miss dior, did it not have the chain wrapped and the front logo with a plastic cover?? Has some faint hardware scratches. Mine has neither when I received today. Also had one stitch in the back broken and popping out

​@mamaworksoutk2093 hello, when I chose this bag, I chose it directly inside Dior and they'll remove everything for you to see and check.. my purse was then returned to its dustbag and wrapped up. When I opened my Dior bag (in the video), it was the same bag that I chose from Dior and it's flawless, I'm only using my phone camera here so the reflection from the logo CD is not really Illuminating like how I see it in person but trust, there's no scratched and no creases or some sorts in my bag unlike the other videos of this purse on youtube.... I personally picked this Purse so I know what to look for and was very meticulous to find any flaws cus this isn't cheap..

@@TRAVELwithCHLIRBY that’s good to know. Just returned mine, should get the new one on tue. So we’ll see what condition it’s in. Fingers crossed, no issues . I agree for that price, it should be impeccable and flawless. When I called customer service , She actually put me on the hold to check with her supervisor and she came back and told me that her supervisor said that a broken stitch is not considered defective. I told her that if it’s not flawless then it is defective especially for that price.

You have the right to exchange or return it depending if you're satisfied or not, before I got this purses, I had 3 bags of same purse to choose from and I was very satisfied with this and happy about it. I've seen other videos here on KZbin that they ordered it online and opened the box and I can totally see the bag had so many creases and it's bent/flattened where I'm looking at my purse right now, it's fluffy and not bent/flattened. If you want, you can go to Dior Boutique and see if you can find the perfect shape purse

If you're talking about the exterior Pocket of the bag, I wouldn't say a phone would fit there, buy inside the 2 slips will definitely fit any phones
