I must say, I didn’t used to like the saddle bag but it has REALLY grown on me and I’m desperate for a white latte colour one. I’m not too keen on the vintage ones, I prefer the much more structured shape of the new ones x

I don't love how the top handle sits when wearing it crossbody. Does it ever get in the way?

Yes it does a little. I don’t really notice it but it depends what you wear it with. Bulky items maybe! Hope this helps

Just got a vintage Saddle from Japan (Allu vintage). Managed to get a deal for $1800 plus import duties, so $2000 in total. I was super happy when it arrived, It came in 9/10 condition with zero shape loss, which in my opinion is the biggest con of this bag. Still it is my dream purse. 😇 Ebay is also worth checking out. I have found some great sellers in Japan.Their descriptions are beyond. Vintage Saddles also pop up on The Real Real almost every week, mostly in good/fair condition and at a bit higher price point $2400. One last thought: I’d definitely go with a vintage one, I think they are better made (leather, stitches, shape) than the new editions. Hope it helped. :)
