Good reviews, Lou. I recently read The Numismatist, a Christian novella by Elizabeth Genovise. It's a literary story and a coming-of-age story, not everyone's preferred genre(s), but I loved it!

The narrators do a good job with the Appalachian accent in Positively Penelope. I loved the audiobooks of all the Skymar series. I dnf Huntress… I couldn’t get into it. I enjoy Dickerson usually but not this one.

I'll be honest, I don't really know where Appalachia is in America 😂 The accent sounds like somewhere south to me ?

1:11 I’ve read Loyally Luke and need to read the first two. If you like beauty and the beast retellings, Beyond Ivy Walls by Rachel Fordham comes out in August. I just finished the ARC, I think you would enjoy it.
