There is absolutely no stigma attached to friends doing favors for friends or family doing favors for family. That's probably how 65 percent of Hollywood was built. I think he didn't say TP's name for the reason many of us suspect. Also, whenever two celebs are friends or friendly acquaintances, there is typically pic or two of them together online at various industry events or even just hanging out in their free time. I scoured the internet when this news first broke, and I can't find any pics of Tyler and Christian together on a golf course, red carpet event, black-tie event, party, etc. The only pic of them together is a shot from a stage play where Tyler is in character as "Madea."

We don't care at this point. He's messy and it's like an attention grab. Real victims don't do all of this ish on SM. At this point, if there was no penetrarion, no actual SA, or bodily harm. I don't even care. Maybe he was harassed, he's NOT a child. The 1st rime could have and should have been the only time. LEAVE, WALK AWAY, Get in your car and get the hell on. You keep letting your "abuser" in your home, in your bed, you kept working with them. Who does that? Abused or not, he should have known and seen the signs better than the average person. Math ain't mathing. I actually believe he's mad at the advances and how he he sold out to get paid on these plays and shows and wants sympathy now. Nothing else makes sense. That's what posses me off. If it's TO, Oprah or Jesus. Say it ans Move around. All of this dramatic pause is BS and I don't support it because it's damaging to those that really have and need to report their abusers. He making hard for people to believe people in the future in the industry and out. This is NOT a joke and for it ti be handled ti wreckless is COWARDLY. This is NOT a Cassie situation. No one was beating his ass, no one wss drugging him, no one was holding him his hostage. Please stop comparing this BS to Cassie because it's not the same situation at all!!!!

There is a saying we use in my professional career. "Trust, but verify." I trust he is telling the truth, but the allegations need the verification step next. At this point, without hearing the recording he referred to, or other proof of the SA that occurred other than him saying it happened, these are just alleged instances at this point. And, they are relayed over social media, and not to a legal authority. So, before the accusations start flying left and right, he truely needs to have some type of verification so that people can fully believe what he is saying about this despicable perpetrator.

When I was a young woman I worked as a receptionist at a government agency. There was this Black attorney who worked there and every morning he would strategically arrive when there was no one around and he would come to my desk and say horribly lewd and offensive things to me (even when I was pregnant). Because I was a receptionist and he was a lead attorney I told no one except my husband. I sat there for almost a year depressed, losing weight, riddled with anxiety, and getting sicker by the day because I felt powerless. I was the lowest employee in the office, why would they believe me over him? Finally, my husband gave me an ultimatum. He said that either I had to report the Ahole, quit the job, or he was going to go down to the office and beat his A$$. We needed the money because we had 2 kids, and I didn't need my husband to go to jail. Finally, I went to HR. HR ran it up to the CEO and I had to go to her office and tell her all that was happening, how frequently, what he would say, and how he would wait until I was alone. Because it was a government agency they conducted a full investigation. When it was all over with, he had SA, and beat 11 women in the organization and no one had said a word until I filed the complaint. There was a co-worker who was my best friend in the office. She used to come to my home and have dinner with family. He had blacked her eye and she never said a word to me. Abuse is complicated and people have to be given grace and support. Just because you don't understand or it doesn't seem to make sense doesn't mean it didn't happen.
@angeleyes33966 ай бұрын
@@MsEllaHamiltonOP didn’t say it didn’t happen, they actually said they believe he’s telling the truth. But verification for some people is important before they go around saying definitively something happened. It’s called objectivity. More people should start using it. It’s closer to fact than your feelings.

I'm a recent new subscriber 🤗 Thank you for being level-headed, smart and compassionate regarding this sensitive subject. I was not raised in the horrible foster care system that is desperately in need of an overhaul. I've witnessed over-worked, under paid, highly trained social workers leave obviously abused and neglected kids with abusers. I support Mr Christian Keyes. I believe him. He will tell his Experiences when he's Ready Not on anyone else time.

@Make It Make Sense At first I wasn’t sure. But now I’m convinced it’s Tyler Perry. 1. He no longer follows Tyler Perry on social media or vice versa. 2. He has removed all pictures of him and Tyler Perry from all his social media profiles. They use to exist. I know this because I’ve followed him for a while. 3. He seems to have been written out of ALL THE QUEENS MEN. He was just on this past summer and now he is supposedly out of the country. His name no longer appears as a cast member, yet it did before. IJS 🤷🏾♀️. Nothing surprises me anymore, however I am very disappointed and hurt about this situation. I hope Christian gets the prayers, support, and love anyone needs in this situation and HE is not blackballed like MONIQUE was !!

Hi there....this is my first time coming across your channel. You seem very nice and not messy with your coverage of these stories, like many of the other KZbin Vloggers. Which is a very good thing. I found your delivery.... personality and energy very refreshing and pleasant. I'm glad you gave the backstory of Christians trauma from suffering severe childhood abuse to add context to why he's approaching the current situation he's experienced as he is....I have been a long time fan and follower of his acting career since his early career roles....so I too was already well aware of his childhood trauma so when I first heard the news of what he's going through now, my heart felt heavy for him for this very reason you pointed out here as well. I will be subscribing to your channel. Keep up the good work. 👍🤗

I don't think he was referring to Tyler Perry. When he said that he asked to pitch it professionally he probably meant because they are friends. Christian has been in several of his plays and movies. They have been together for a long time. The amount of pain and anger that Christian has would not allow him to work as closely with Tyler if that is who sexually assaulted him. Also Tyler was not a billionaire during the timeframe that Christian is talking about in his reveal.

These billionaires have the pull to kill steal and destroy. I find it interesting that people are criticizing him for being afraid to potentially lose his life by speaking out. I think it's brave that he spoke out as much as he has. People will literally criticize you for anything. Smh
@godschild9176 ай бұрын
People always attack when they don't understand something. If you have never experienced sexual assault you do not understand all that goes with it. It is not something that make sense, it is not where you can connect dots. Christian is responding as though he has went through a crisis. He may or may not never actually say a name which is common for sexual assault victims. He has given enough clues that we know who the perpetrator is. Great commentary!!

I knew something was up. There were two interviews Christian did last month and the other one maybe 6 months ago. And what I noticed when Tyler Perry was mentioned, his demeanor changed very so slightly. He played it off. It was enough for me to think he wasn’t fond of him. I thought I was over analyzing.

Thanks Mims! For amazing content as always. This was why I suggested you look into his story a little more. I just wish people wouldn't judge so swiftly. There is a reason why he isn't flat out naming anyone. I just hope when it's all done, he is able to heal. Trust me, I know what that feels like.
