The Christians are still confused about the Word. The Word of God has always been with God, it is his command or instruction of God, it is not a being (Jesus). If we think about it further, I would think God does not speak, it would just be a thought/Will, in the mind of God, and the result of that thought, would begin to exist.

They were under two of Our righteous servants but betrayed them,[1] so they [i.e., those prophets] did not avail them from Allāh at all, and it was said, "Enter the Fire with those who enter."
