This man is tech death royalty. Huge influence on me as a player. Obviously I can't play as good as him but he always leaves me humbled and inspired to learn newer stuff. Necrophagist, Obscura, Spawn of Possession, Alkaloid and not to mention his incredible solo albums and work with eternity's end. Love this dude

Why does Focal Dystonia sound like the name of a tech death band though 😂

omnivium is such a big influence on me as a player and up until now there haven't been many interviews with Christian so this was so cool to see him talk about his approach to music

Scott Devine from Scott's Bass Lesson has Focal Dystonia too, he managed to get his left hand in control by wearing gloves, tricking the brain to send the normal signal to his fingers.

I find it hilarious that all this man wants to do is play power metal, but because of his skill he always gets stuck in tech death bands which he doesn't really care for lmao

I do agree with Chris about a lot of stuff, but still, an album like Path of Apotheosis by Inferi which to most people might sound like pure technical stuff, to me is what I like.

Was noch "erschwerend" hinzu kommt.
