No, you’re not being too judgmental with the outfits. Dressing like that does not glorify the Lord, but brings satisfaction and validation to the self. Also, it could lead someone into the sin of lust, and that is not loving. Lastly, it draws a man in with the wrong thing. We should have the mind of Christ, who doesn’t look at the outer appearance, but looks at the heart… and we want our man of God to as well.

I think the age and spiritual development is interesting. Based on the person's assignment and calling they could have gotten saved in 6 months and know more about the spiritual world then someone that has been walking with God for 20 years. Spiritual development is relative based on Gods plan and one's desire and intentionality to grow.
