Got to see them once in the states and got to meet them with my band at the time as well at a signing booth. They were incredibly friendly, we were last in line and they didn’t try to rush us, sat and talked with them and seemed genuinely excited when we told them our EP wouldn’t have come to existence if they weren’t around since they heavily influenced us. We gave them a copy, doubt they ever listened to it, but they made us feel appreciated. They say never meet your heros, but if your heros are Parkway Drive you should hope to meet them for sure!

I like "The Void" and "Carrion" a lot. "Vice Grip" is a VERY uplifting song with a great message. "Crushed" has a Faith No More-esque feel to it. Pretty cool band all around. No one like them. They've coined their own sound very well like bands such as Killswitch and Metallica.
